To commemorate National Small Business Week, Apple has created a brand-new small business website. The website symbolizes the sector’s shifting position since it is quickly taking off among small and mid-size businesses (SMBs). Over the past few years, Cupertino has made a significant effort to increase the services it provides to that industry. The firm already complements its core consumer product offerings with useful solutions like Apple Business Essentials, Tap to Pay on iPhone, Apple Business Connect, and more to boost its presence across SMBs. Given that there are 33 million SMBs in the US, which are responsible for over two-thirds of all new employment produced in the country, it makes sense for Apple to help the industry.
Today @ Apple seminars are being held at a few Apple Store locations in Chicago, Washington, DC, and New York City as part of Apple’s celebration of National Small Business Week. The emphasis of these free seminars will be on Apple products and how they may be used in the workplace. A variety of case studies demonstrating how Apple’s solutions have benefited actual company owners are available on Apple’s newly enhanced SMB-focused website. Existing Apple tools, such as scanning documents into Notes, utilizing Freeform to collaborate on ideas, and signing PDFs on an iPhone, increase the productivity of SMBs. Honorable mentions are also given to some of the core Apple products used by SMBs on a daily basis, including Swift-developed apps, design and prototyping software, and tools for managing shifts and time sheets.
