Samsung’s latest 7-inch foldable display passed the tough MIL-STD 810G military test by the US Department of Defense. This proves Samsung foldable screens are both strong and reliable.

Samsung’s foldable tech is top-notch in durability. The 7-inch screen is a key feature in the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 6.
Rigorous Testing
Additionally, Samsung teamed up with UL Solutions for thorough testing. They froze the display at -10 degrees Celsius under thick ice, and it still worked perfectly. It also functioned well in temperatures from -32 to +63 degrees Celsius and survived drop and shock tests.
