Microsoft Edge aims to distinguish between work and personal browsing

Microsoft Edge for Business is a unique experience that allows employees to split their personal and business surfing without having to download a separate browser. It distinguishes between professional and personal surfing without the need for a second browser, all while enabling enterprise regulations. Work sites open automatically in Edge for Business, whereas personal sites open automatically in Edge. Microsoft said that this strategy “can reduce the surface area for cyberattacks” by condensing the surfing experience into a single app. Edge for Business is now available in preview on managed devices and will be available on unmanaged devices in the coming months.

Microsoft Edge Workspaces for Everyone enable users to access a shared project that includes websites and data via a series of browser tabs. The functionality is no longer under preview and is now available to everyone.
