Latest Move of Samsung: Entry-Level Phones Leap to Android 14!

Samsung has updated its entry-level Galaxy M13 5G model with Android 14 and One UI 6.0. This update, following the flagship and mid-range devices, has now been extended to entry-level models as well. Particularly in India, users can download the new firmware version M136BXXU5DWK7. This update, sized at 1.65GB, also includes a security update.

The new One UI 6.0 brings several new features to the Galaxy M13 5G. These include a revamped Quick Panel layout, a new look for emojis, a new default font, and a redesigned media player widget. Additionally, the lock screen clock widget now offers more size, style, and layout options. Samsung’s built-in photo and video editors have also been updated.

The Galaxy M13 5G was initially launched with Android 12 and was updated to Android 13 last March. It has now received two major updates with Android 14 and is expected to receive two more updates, up to Android 16. The device is equipped with a 6.6-inch LCD screen, an 8nm Exynos 850 SoC, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage. The rear camera setup includes a 50MP main camera, a 5MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. There’s an 8MP front-facing selfie camera, and the device is powered by a 5000mAh battery with 15W charging support.
