This innovative Sony Reon Pocket 5 comes with two different air intake covers that adapt to work and everyday lifestyles.
Sony introduces a brand new innovation with the “Sony Reon Pocket 5”, the next generation of wearable technology. Users can use this state-of-the-art body air conditioner as an alternative to traditional hand fans.
The Sony Reon Pocket 5, launched on April 23rd, promises to deliver personalized comfort to its users. Furthermore, this unique neckband uses a thermos module plus temperature, humidity, and movement sensors to establish your perfect temperature.
Offering five cooling levels for hot days and four heating levels for cool environments, Reon Pocket 5 adapts to a variety of environments. It can also be used with an accessory called the Reon Pocket Tag to optimize the device’s performance. The tag detects environmental conditions and sends information to the device, which automatically adjusts the temperature settings. Users can also control the device via a mobile app, enabling them to adjust temperature levels on the go. Reports indicate that Reon Pocket 5 can last up to 17 hours on a single charge.

The Reon Pocket 5 is available for pre-order on Sony’s website for around $170 and will start shipping on May 15. The basic package includes the device, a Reon Pocket sticker and a white neckband. For those who want more style, a beige neckband will also be available at an extra cost.
This innovative device comes with two different air intake covers that adapt to work and everyday life styles. The one for business style extends up to the collar, adapting to the shape of the neck and back, while the other flap adapts to lower collar styles and offers a more comfortable fit.
