The upcoming Asus ROG Phone 8 and 8 Pro smartphones have been revealed in new renders that resemble their official appearance. These renders showcase the design and some features of the phones.
ROG Phone 8
- The Asus ROG Phone 8 will feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1080 x 2448.
- The screen will boast a 165 Hz refresh rate and a brightness of 1,000 nits.
- It will be powered by Qualcomm’s next-generation Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, manufactured with a 4nm process and an eight-core structure. The base frequency of the processor is 2.3 GHz, with a maximum frequency of 3.2 GHz.
- The ROG Phone 8 will have a triple camera system consisting of a 50 MP main camera, a 13 MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 5 MP macro camera. The main camera features an f/1.8 aperture and OIS.
- It will come with a 6,000 mAh battery.
- The phone will be shipped with the Android 13 operating system.
ROG Phone 8 Pro
- The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro will feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1440 x 3200.
- The screen will also have a 165 Hz refresh rate and a brightness of 1,200 nits.
- It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Plus processor, an upgraded model of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, offering higher performance.
- The ROG Phone 8 Pro will come with a quad-camera system that includes a 50 MP main camera, a 13 MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 5 MP macro camera, and a 2 MP depth sensor. The main camera also features an f/1.8 aperture and OIS.
- It will also have a 6,000 mAh battery.
- The phone will come with the Android 13 operating system.
