Martı took this strategic step to increase the number of users and expand its fleet of two-wheeled electric vehicles.
Martı acquired artificial intelligence company Zoba for its electric scooter operations worldwide. Oğuz Alper Öktem, CEO of Martı, stated that Zoba’s AI-powered technology will play a critical role in increasing the efficiency of the business and reducing operational costs.
Martı took this strategic step to increase the number of users and expand its fleet of two-wheeled electric vehicles. With the company’s existing fleet of more than 40 thousand e-bikes, e-motorcycles and e-scooters, operational efficiency is expected to increase thanks to Zoba’s technological infrastructure.
Martı’s acquisition will impact not only its two-wheeled electric vehicle operations, but also its ride-sharing operations. Zoba’s technology will be used to make Martı’s ride-sharing platform more efficient, providing improvements in critical components such as user-driver matching and dynamic pricing.
Martı achieved positive results in pilot projects with Zoba’s advanced software. In this way, they increased their profitability by ensuring that their vehicles are used more. Öktem said that Zoba’s software is designed to optimize two-wheeled electric vehicle operations, but as Martı, they will use this software in all their operations.
