Tesla Introduces a Refreshed Model 3 in Several Markets
Tesla has officially launched its updated Model 3 in China, Europe, and other markets. The improved electric vehicle (EV) features a slightly changed design, increased range, and a redesigned cabin with new materials. It is more expensive in some locations, but it promises a more polished and comfortable driving experience.
Enhancements to Design and Efficiency
Tesla Europe displayed the stylistic modifications, particularly on the front end, which now has a sleeker and less bulbous appearance, in a tweet. The goal of this makeover is to improve the vehicle’s aerodynamics and to increase its range on a single charge.
Better Ride Quality
Tesla has also improved the Model 3’s ride quality with a sturdier body and new suspension calibration. For an extra fee, new color variants, Ultra Red and Stealth Gray, are available, with their appearance shifting based on lighting circumstances.
Interior Redesign
The Tesla Model 3’s interior has been updated with more sophisticated materials, ventilated seats, programmable ambient lighting, and a rear touchscreen with entertainment and climate control for rear-seat passengers. The main touchscreen has been improved, with less bezels, increased brightness, stronger contrast, and improved responsiveness.
Sound that is both quiet and of high quality
The vehicle now has 360-degree acoustic glass, which minimizes road and wind noise and creates a calmer cabin atmosphere. The sound system has also been improved, with 17 speakers, dual subwoofers, and dual amplifiers.
Price Differences
While Tesla’s Model 3 has had numerous improvements since its first release in 2018, the new model aspires to be more intelligent and efficient. According to rumors, these improvements could make the Model 3 more cost-effective to produce. It’s worth noting, though, that the revised Model 3 may be more expensive in the United States than in other markets. In China, for example, the base model is presently priced at around $35,800. In Norway, the base model stays the same price, while the long-range version has a $950 price increase.
Tesla’s new Model 3 is now on the market in Europe, with deliveries set to begin in October.
