Microsoft Warns of ‘Dirty Stream’ Android Leak!

Recent research by Microsoft’s security team has uncovered a new threat targeting Android users. The malware, called “Dirty Stream”, poses a serious threat by hiding in Android apps.

The Dirty Stream vulnerability bypasses security measure s and facilitates communication between apps, especially by using message objects called “special intentions”. This allows malicious apps to infiltrate vulnerable spots to steal users’ data or hijack apps. According to Microsoft, Dirty Stream sends a filename to another Android app to access the targeted app’s data. This exposes users’ personal data to malicious actors.

Microsoft Warns of Dirty Stream Android Leak!

This critical vulnerability affects more than four billion Android apps worldwide. Microsoft researchers are urging developers and publishers to identify and fix such issues.

This vulnerability poses a serious threat to Android users’ data. To conclude, users need to be careful about this issue and follow updates to ensure their security.
