The report sheds light on which of the industry giants pays its software engineers the most handsomely. Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta, and Microsoft are under the spotlight.
Entry-Level Compensation Rankings
For entry-level positions, Google claims the top spot for the highest average total compensation package by tenure. Meta follows closely behind, with Amazon, Apple, and Microsoft rounding out the rankings.
The average annual pay, encompassing salary, bonuses, and more, for entry-level positions is as follows:

- Amazon: $159,000
- Apple: $142,000

Top Engineers’ Compensation
